Home to the stock exchange, central bank, and the head offices of numerous Dutch and international companies Amsterdam is not only the financial heart of the Netherlands but the perfect site to study the increasing complexity of global business.

Through a variety of business and economics courses, Dutch culture and language courses, and company visits, the Business and Culture program in cooperation with the University of Amsterdam explores the theories and tools used by academics and professionals alike to contend with today's economic questions.

Study abroad in Amsterdam and you will:

AACSB Accreditation
Business classes offered in English are available at the University of Amsterdam (UvA) and the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU). Students choose to take 3 classes at UvA Business School or 3-5 Business classes at VU, and are required to take 1-2 CIEE-administered classes, which are not included on the UvA nor the VU transcripts.
